Gramercy by Leah Duncan for Art Gallery Fabrics
The names of these fabrics alone evoke my favorite memories of New York. I became so nostalgic after opening the delivery boxes that I had to restrain myself from running straight to my computer to check flight prices. "Commute by Taxi", "Eastside Parasols", "Manhattan's Dusk". In Gramercy, her newest collection for Art Gallery Fabrics, Leah Duncan has managed to perfectly capture the inexplicable aura of NYC and give it a modern interpretation with one of the freshest color stories we've ever seen. For years we complained about the quilt fabric industry being a few years behind color and print trends, but Leah's partnership with Art Gallery is finally starting to shake things up with colors and concepts that are very clearly on the cutting edge, if not outright defining it. Bravo, Leah. We are completely enamored.
