One of the things I love about my journey as the owner of CityCraft is getting to know the amazing designers behind the products that I sell; supporting independent pattern and fabric designers is central to the CityCraft mission to provide the best products to our devoted CityCrafters. One of my favorite people in the industry is Kay Whitt of Sew Serendipity. She is a CityCraft regular and makes me laugh so hard. Whenever we get together, it's a laugh riot all around. I am very excited that three of her newest patterns are now in stock! I think we might be one of the first places to get 'em, too ;) I can't wait to make the Diane Kimono dress - I have a feeling it will become one of my apparel pattern staples along with the Sew Liberated School House Tunic and Cynthia Rowley's Simplicity tunic.
The Rita Reversible Bag is another "Kay Whitt Wonder of Pattern Engineering". I still can't figure out how she comes up with this stuff... This bag is completely reversible has a very sturdy structure.
Wondering what to do with laminated cotton? Wonder no more with the Camilla Insulated Bag. Perfect for toting lunch to work or a spontaneous afternoon picnic.
Recognize any of those fabrics on the bags and dresses???
